Maximum time for late check-in: Our maximum time for late check-in is until 10:00 PM. However, if you anticipate arriving later than this, please inform us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Availability of late checkout: We offer late checkout based on availability. The maximum time for late checkout is typically until 2:00 PM. If you wish to extend your checkout time, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Policy on Outside Food and Drinks: You can bring and enjoy outside food and drinks during your stay with us. We aim to make you feel comfortable and at home during your visit, so please feel free to bring your snacks, beverages, or meals if you prefer. Additionally, we provide complete kitchen utilities, so you’re welcome to cook your meals during your stay. Cook to your heart’s content!

Directions to Alta Monte de Sebastian

To reach Alta Monte de Sebastian, follow these directions:

  • From the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, locate Magallanes Square across from Balay Dako beside Leslie’s.
  • If driving, take the Mamplasan Exit or Santa Rosa Exit from the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). Follow Santa Rosa-Tagaytay Road, then Tagaytay-Nasugbu Road. Turn right onto Magallanes Drive when you see Magallanes Square. Alta Monte Subdivision will be on your left, with Alta Monte de Sebastian located on Starapple Street.
  • If using public transportation from Manila (PITX), take a bus bound for Nasugbu. Ask the PITX staff for guidance on the appropriate bus. Disembark at Magallanes Square or Leslie’s, then take a tricycle to Alta Monte Subdivision.
